The Space

Has a private hot tub, two story balcony, bike storage and a mudroom to dry your gear from the day's adventure.

The space

Open living and dining room connects to a fully equipped kitchen with island. Ideal for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals.

The three bedrooms and sofa couch sleep seven comfortably. The bedrooms can be configured as: [King, King Queen] or [Four Twin XL beds and a Queen] Please let us know your preference when you book.

The rear entry mudroom can store skis, snowboards and is suitable to dry your gear. Secure bike storage is available in the side yard shed. Guests are welcome to use the hose to wash gear after a day of riding.

Getting around

There is space to park three reasonably sized vehicles in the back of the home accessed from the alley. The basement tenant has one parking spot reserved in front of his entrance.

Overnight street parking is not permitted during the winter months to avoid conflicts with snow removal operations. If more parking is required, I have some nearby options if you reach out.

Guest access

The home has a self-contained basement suite with a separate entrance (No shared space).

Guests are renting the: Main Floor, Second Floor, Front and Rear Decks, Hot Tub, Shed and BBQ.

Additional rules

Check In is at 3:00pm. Check Out is at 10:00am. Please follow checkout instructions found in the unit.

Guests must be 25 years old or accompanied by an adult.

We have a strict NO-Pet policy

Max number of people shall not exceed 7

No skis or bikes in the main area of the home. Skis can be stored in the Mudroom and Bikes in the side yard shed.

You are in a residential neighborhood and have a basement tenant below. Please respect quite hours 11:00pm – 8:00am.

Park in the rear driveway accessed from the alley. The furthest right spot is reserved for the basement tenant.

No overnight parking on Mackenzie Ave. If 12cm of snow accumulates in the driveway it will be cleared by a loader. He may honk if a car needs to be moved.

No smoking or vaping in the home.  Do not toss butts on the ground.

Do not tamper with the smoke detectors.
