Only a 2KM shuttle ride to the resort or town for recreating, dining and shopping. After a big day on the mountain you can relax on an oversized sectional couch or in the private hot tub while you stare at Mt Begbie & McPherson. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, 2 workspaces, ski/bike storage and a parking spot in the garage.

The space

We enlisted local interior designer, Heidi Hopkins of Hopkins Design, to help us create a space that is organic, serene, light, spacious, comfortable and one that maximizes space with nooks, storage, cubbies and seating.

We have 2 desk areas for remote working. One is in the guest room which doubles as a closet and the other is in the living room where the chair can also be used at the head of the dining table.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two end tables, a double dresser and a walk thru closet for anything you need to hang.

The guest bedroom has two twins (that can also be adjusted to one king), two end tables and a closet that doubles as a work space.

The master bathroom has a shelving system over the toilet for drying wet toques and gloves. The guest bathroom has a bathtub. Both bathrooms have heated floors.

The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the utensils, plates, cups, glasses, grilling tools, cookware, etc. you might need. We offer a Keurig (with Lavazza pods), a french press and bodum tea kettle (with assorted teas). Toaster, soda maker and Ninja blender can also be found in the kitchen.

We have one television in the living room loaded with Telus cable. We also have 2 Sonos for whatever music you prefer.

The patio has a grill, hot tub and two comfy patio chairs for watching the sunrise and set.

Our mudroom has a washer/dryer, sink, storage rack, cubbies, iron and board along with many cleaning supplies.

Last but not least, we work with local refillery, Forage & Fill, to manage all of our shampoos, conditioners, soaps and surface sprays to insure less waste and promote sustainability.

Mackenzie Village is designed first and foremost to be a community. Owners will enjoy shared outdoor living space, including recreational facilities and landscaped parks and playgrounds.

Shared spaces and amenities, walkability, and connectivity to adjacent neighborhoods and Revelstoke’s downtown core will help residents build relationships with each other and their surroundings.

Coursier Avenue at the heart of Mackenzie village will be connected to the local transit system, linking residents and visitors directly to the ski hill and the downtown core.

Getting around

The Revy Resort Shuttle comes to the intersection of Nichol & Hay (on the main road to the left of MacKenzie Village) 10 times a day for free and can take you to the resort or to town.

If you need a ride to the Kelowna Airport you can book either a group or private on the Stoke Shuttle. The group shuttle leaves 5 times a day for $151.

Other things to note

MacKenzie village is the future of Revelstoke!

The area is still under construction as phase 3 of the Selkirks (north facing) gets built.

Cabot golf course (south facing) is also still underway. Everything should be complete by Spring/Summer 2027.

Meanwhile, many commercial spaces are operational or soon to be operational on the first floors of building 2, 3 and 4.

In our building 2, there is currently Arc liquor store, Alpine Echo art gallery and Karve Fitness gym. Grocery store coming soon!

In building 3, there is Little Spoon coffee shop & Bakery and Revy Remote working space.

In building 4, there is Ray of Sunshine day care.

A brewpub, Italian restaurant and yoga/pilates studio will also be going in here shortly.

Additional rules

Please respect our unit.

We have put a lot of time, consideration and care into our unit for your enjoyment.
 
Please use the ski locker (#61) for all skis, poles and boot storage so we don’t track snow and mud into the unit or ruin the floors with scuff marks.
Please do not wear shoes on the carpet in our unit – there is a shoe rack for your convenience in the mudroom.

Please hang coats on the hooks provided to the right of the entrance and on the hangars provided in the mudroom.
 
Please do not use tobacco, narcotics, drugs, vaping or marijuana inside our unit or on the patio.

Please understand that no pets or animals are allowed in this unit Please use the blue and white striped towels that are in the bins on the first shelf of the hallway closet for the hot tub.

Please respect quiet hours for this development which are from 10PM to 7AM. This is strictly enforced. If neighbors complain of noise you may be fined $250.

Please do not take anything out of our unit
