Brand new (December 2025) townhouse in Revelstoke. Located in the new development Mackenzie Village, centrally located between Revelstoke Mountain Resort (4 minute drive) and downtown (5 minute drive).
Main floor has entrance from inside the building as well as to patio with private hot tub. It includes 85″ Smart TV with cable, full kitchen with high end appliances including induction stove, Ninja Crispi Air Fyer and Ninja Hot & Ice Coffe Maker, dining for 6 and a half bathroom.
The second floor has a bedroom with king adjustable bed (no more pian watching TV, adjust the position with the remote), walk in closet and full bathroom. A second bedroom with queen bed and closet, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Washer and dryer are also located on the top floor. All 3 bedrooms have Roku TVs for winding down.
On top of the private hot tub on your patio, the building has a rooftop common area with hot tub and BBQ.
The development Mackenzie Village includes great retail and services options like a supermarket, liquor store, coffee shop with great breakfast, a great bar and restaurant, daycare, gym and even remote workspace.

Getting around
Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is the closest international airport to Revelstoke, with a driving distance of two and half hours. From YLW, guests can take the Stoke Airport Shuttle, or rent a car and drive out to Revelstoke. Calgary International Airport (YYC) in Alberta, is approximately four and a half hours East of Revelstoke.
For guests driving into Revelstoke for their stay, there is one designated parking spot in the underground parking garage assigned to our unit. The parking lot right outside the building is only for guests visiting the retails spaces or restaurants, and can only park for 2 hour limits. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, please contact us beforehand so we can make parking arrangements for your second vehicle, for a minimal nightly charge.
