Modern, New mountain retreat with 2 bed/2 bath Pet friendly Penthouse Mountain views.
Located just minutes from the ski hill, local restaurants, shopping and more. From adventure to relaxation this is the space to make it memorable.
The master has a King with walk in closet and ensuite with shower (no tub).
The second room has two twins, with closet and dresser for clothes storage. Twins can be moved together to make a king upon request.
Washroom attached via pocket door to second room has Tub and Shower.
We also have a double air mattress available with extra bedding.
Playpen crib and highchair avaiable upon request.
Laundry room/mud room is large and has ironing board with iron and laundry detergent.
Kitchen is fully stocked even with a Nespresso Vertuo machine. There is also a rooftop shared outdoor cooking station with BBQ, propane fireplaces and seating with two large hot tubs open 8-10pm.

Neighbourhood highlights

Mackenzie Village is designed first and foremost to be a community. Owners will enjoy shared outdoor living space, including recreational facilities and landscaped parks and playgrounds.

Shared spaces and amenities, walkability, and connectivity to adjacent neighborhoods and Revelstoke’s downtown core will help residents build relationships with each other and their surroundings.

Coursier Avenue at the heart of Mackenzie village will be connected to the local transit system, linking residents and visitors directly to the ski hill and the downtown core.

Getting around

The Revy Resort Shuttle comes to the intersection of Nichol & Hay (on the main road to the left of MacKenzie Village) 10 times a day for free and can take you to the resort or to town.

If you need a ride to the Kelowna Airport you can book either a group or private on the Stoke Shuttle. The group shuttle leaves 5 times a day for $151.

Other things to note

MacKenzie village is the future of Revelstoke!

The area is still under construction as phase 3 of the Selkirks (north facing) gets built.

Cabot golf course (south facing) is also still underway. Everything should be complete by Spring/Summer 2027.

Additional parking is available upon request for a fee, space permitting. We are able to accomodate large trailers, campers etc offsite at a secure facility 8mins away.

The building has a rooftop shared space including TWO large hot tubs, shared BBQ, fireplaces and seating that are available year round. The hot tubs are professionally maintained. Accessed via room fob.
Washroom (wheelchair accessible) and Shower/Changeroom with baby changing station.
